All change brings choices and with it some amount of chaos in how we eat, rest, and play.
I focus on self-care issues that are neglected when we go through at times such as:-
*the end of a long relationship
*children growing up and leaving home
*the end point of a career
*building a 'you' life in 'retirement'
I specialize in hormonal health and especially thyroid health that often gets a double hit at menopause.
I act from a place of experience and help you navigate turbulence by weeding out the noise of change, and focusing on the sound of change for you.
This means pinpointing the areas in your eat, rest and play which need support in order to get you through your change in the best shape possible-in body, heart and mind.

If you need to change something we can work on making the right choices for you and how you choose your time, money or headspace!
2 /Turn 'I want to do' into 'I did it'
Deep rooted change starts with working on your autonomy (I am).
It nudges you into mastery over the choices you make (I can).
It defines a route that will support a long-term purpose...maybe one you once had (I will).
3/ A lifetime investment in your health
So you can follow another fad diet where you cut things down or out, you can last like that for a while but have you noticed how if never ends up really sticking as a lifestyle change?
In order to achieve real lifestyle change you need:

-have the tools YOU need to make change
-change!
4/ Hearing what most people will not tell you
Friends and family will always encourage you of course. But what if by changing YOU were the one who ends up encouraging them.Most people are scared of change in themselves and others, so they deflect conversations which go to the root of someone wanting to change.
You won't hear them tell you YES you are right to go down the path of change. Why? because later you 'could' turn around and say 'why didn't you tell me sooner?'
